We do not charge for an initial consultation. These meetings are limited to 15 minutes to get detailed information from you to determine if the attorney will be able to assist you with your legal matter. Initial meetings will be conducted by telephone. An in-depth meeting will be scheduled with the attorney once she has accepted your case.

Generally, yes, we can arrange a payment plan for you to make payments towards the attorney's fees for your legal matter. However, payment plans depend on the type of legal case that you have, the complexity of your case, and the estimated amount of time that it will take to conclude your matter. We strive to be transparent about our fees and costs and that is why we address all of your concerns about attorney's fees, costs, deposits, and payment plans at the end of every initial consultation.
